Are you passionate about helping older people have their voices heard and influence change in their community?
Citizens Advice Darlington Redcar and Cleveland are looking for a welcoming and community focussed Age Friendly Engagement Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
This is a rewarding role where you will work directly with older people, helping them share their experiences, views and ideas to improve services, shape local decisions and make Darlington a better place to grow older.
The role will suit someone with experience of working with older people and communities, who is confident in building relationships, facilitating conversations, gathering insight and supporting inclusive locally led activity. Be comfortable working collaboratively and able to work in a way that values lived experiences and community knowledge.
Gathering and analysing feedback, producing reports, ensuring the voices of older people help influence decisions and create meaningful change in their communities.
