Enhanced Recruitment Support
As a charity we understand the importance of having the right team - our Recruitment Support service can help you find yours.
VONNE’s cost-effective, friendly support takes the stress out of recruitment, while making sure your process and paperwork follow HR best practice and comply with legislation.
Services are bespoke, tailored to each client's needs, with a specialist North East VCSE focus. Prices are considerably cheaper than commercial suppliers, with discounts for Membership+ supporters.
How does it work?
We’ll set up an initial meeting to find out what you need, both from the role and the recruitment process. If you don’t have a Job Description and Person Specification, we can supply templates, or even write them for you.
When everything is agreed, we will:
- advertise your role on our Job Finder page and
- share it on our social media and weekly jobs ebulletin
- handle queries from applicants and collate applications for shortlisting
- contact candidates to make arrangements for interviews
- arrange a venue, including a room for tasks, and we can provide an interview question template.
Once you’ve found the right person, we’ll follow up for you - contacting successful and unsuccessful candidates, and handling feedback requests. We can even provide offer letter templates if you need them.

Making use of our sector expertise, built over the last 20 years, we can help you reach beyond your own networks to find the right person for your role.
