  • support the staff and volunteer team through effective internal communication and practical support to achieve strategic goals

We are looking for a team player who is organised, dependable and people‑centred, who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You will be the kind of person who brings calm, clarity and professionalism to busy environments, who communicates well, and who supports colleagues and volunteers with kindness and efficiency. You will be confident managing systems, coordinating communications, and ensuring our office, digital platforms and organisational processes are well maintained. Above all, you will care deeply about helping Blue Sky Trust make a positive impact, representing our values in everything you do.
