The Institute for Voluntary Action Research (IVAR) have launched their new support offer designed to equip health, care and VCSE leaders to build relationships that will transform our healthcare system – with a practical focus on working together to achieve joint action.
The NHS Long Term Plan commits to working in a new way – from a focus on prevention and reducing health inequalities to earlier diagnosis of cancer and respiratory conditions.
Building relationships – between the NHS, other health agencies, local government, providers and communities – will be essential for the leaders charged with bringing this ambition to life.
The free support offer includes workshops, webinars, coaching delivered by The King’s Fund and access to a Practice Development Network.
It is jointly funded by NHS England and the National Lottery Community Fund.
