Connected Voice's regular 'Meet the funder' events are an opportunity to hear from specific funders in depth, and ask questions about their criteria, processes and priorities. This Meet the Funder session is for organisations operating in Gateshead.

For this session, we will welcome GLL to share information about their Gateshead Community Fund. GLL is a charitable social enterprise that operate leisure centres in Gateshead under the brand Better.
They are launching round 2 of the Gateshead Community Fund, designed to support community organisations, clubs and charities to help more people to move more!
Round 2 will be a pot of £25,000 with grants up to £10,000 per project available. Round 1 saw 10 projects supported across Gateshead.
The session will include:
- Information on the criteria and application process
- Ideas of the types of projects that might be funded
- Case Study on round 1 funded project
- Q&A Session
