This is an introductory training session about business planning for anyone in the VCSE sector in Newcastle and/or Gateshead. The session will be delivered online via Teams.
This training will enable participants to understand why business planning is important and take practical steps towards developing a business plan for their organisation. Through a combination of activities and discussion participants will:
- Learn what information to include in a business plan
- Understand some key business planning tools and frameworks
- Understand how a business plan can help you to manage risk
- Know how to use their business plan to support day-to-day activities
This online session will be delivered on Teams. A joining link will be sent closer to the time of the training.
