The role and what you’ll be doing.
As a Civil Legal Advice (CLA) Triage Worker, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking free legal advice. Working via telephone, you'll provide essential legal information and support, helping clients navigate complex issues relating to discrimination and education law.
This role is ideal for those interested in progressing with a clear path to Trainee Caseworker and Caseworker roles. Full training is provided.
What you'll be doing

Manage and triage incoming calls from clients

Deliver accurate legal information in a clear, compassionate way

Support ongoing casework under supervision

Ensure all client interactions are well-documented and compliant

Contribute to research and campaigns based on emerging client issues
