Hours:
22.5 hours per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) Annual Leave only to be taken out of term time/during R2W holidays; may include occasional weekend and evening work as required. Standard terms and conditions apply.

Job Summary:
Groundwork South and North Tyneside has been ‘Changing Places and Changing Lives’ for over 30 years through a variety of environmental, learning, health and skills programmes: SOUTH & NORTH TYNESIDE – Groundwork
Route2Work College, within Groundwork South and North Tyneside is a small learning provision for young people aged 16-25 with Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities. The successful candidate will join the supportive and skilled team of Learning Support Officers, Tutors and Senior Leadership Team who all help enable our young people to achieve their qualifications, develop their independence skills, emotional resilience and ultimately progress towards their future goals.
At present, we have 42 learners, therefore, as a very small provider, the post requires someone who is happy to multi-task and utilise their skills across the needs of our provision.
