Groundwork South and North Tyneside’s priorities are to strengthen and grow our existing services by delivering long term programmes that meet the needs of our stakeholders, whilst also undertaking a period of development to allow the business to grow in terms of finances and capacity.

This is a new role which will quickly become an integral part of our small but effective Corporate Services team, building and maintaining excellent working relationships both internally and externally.

The Finance & HR Assistant’s role will be to support our Corporate Services and direct delivery project teams. The organisation is going through a strong period of growth and we are looking for someone who is keen to learn new skills and grow with us. The ideal candidate will be working towards or willing to start working towards AAT Level 2 with the expectation of completing Level 3 and 4 as the role develops over time.
