About this opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Triage Assistant. The ideal candidate is someone with a Foundation Degree in Counselling or equivalent who is experienced in completing triage and assessments.
The post holder will process referrals, complete telephone triage and assessment with clients, assessing their needs and suitability for counselling, and matching them to support.

Triage Assistant role:
- Salary will be £10,192 pa (pro-rata based on FTE of £25,480 pa).
- Part-time 14 hours per week.
- Delivery by one-to-one sessions with clients. Predominantly by telephone but may also include face-to-face meetings. Based out of our Ashington office, or at one of our hub locations in Northumberland.
- Starting date is asap.
