We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team in this exciting new role at RSACC.  The postholder will coordinate all referral routes into RSACC services, ensuring we have the systems and processes in place to deliver an excellent client experience.  You will have the opportunity to channel your analytical skills to produce high-quality data for our funders, and will work closely with the management team to help fulfil our reporting requirements to commissioners.  

This full-time role will report to the Funding and Development Manager and will be based within our Admin Team.  The post will be located at our offices in Darlington, with the option to spend a portion of time working from home.  

RSACC was established in 1990 and now supports over 900 survivors each year. We offer free, safe support to survivors who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives.  We offer a range of trauma informed services including long term counselling, ISVA support for survivors navigating the criminal justice system, telephone and email emotional support, and peer support groups across the region.
