It’s an exciting time to join us here at Tandem & Tandem Hub. There’s a fresh feel to what we do and we are looking for fresh faces to join us as we take our organisation (formerly Morrison Trust) to the next level.

The impact we have on the people we support is our primary concern and we are looking to fill two posts that will make a massive difference to people who might just need that extra bit of help to change their lives for the better.

The post holders will be key members of our team and will work to support people not only to gain skills and qualifications to help them on their employment journey, but equally to support wellbeing, confidence and outlook through positive experiences and coaching / mentoring throughout.

We exist to make sure everyone has a fair chance to progress and thrive, so if you share our values and have the skills to support others, then we would love to hear from you.

Job summary / key tasks:

  • Working on site and in the community
