We’re looking for a new Project Officer to join our InterAction team here at Action Foundation.
The successful candidate will be confident leading the effective and safe running of our drop-ins and will also be able to deliver one-to-one case work support to clients.
They will be responsible for the ongoing recruitment and management of a committed team of volunteers who help run and support the delivery of the InterAction project.
We are seeking somebody with a ‘can do’ attitude – a problem-solver who is able to use their own initiative and is adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential information
Hours: 21-35 hours per week (to be discussed at interview)
Salary: £22,841 to £25,218 (depending on experience) per annum plus 6% pension contribution (pro-rata)
Holiday entitlement: 28 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata). Flexi leave system
Contract: Fixed term to March 31st 2025, with the intention of extension, funding dependent
