We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed woman to join our team as Director of Policy & Advocacy - 30 hours per week

The successful candidate will lead Represent Women activity across the North East.

  • Ability to travel across the North East
  • Sound knowledge of local VCSE infrastructure and the issues faced by the women and girl’s sector
  • Passion and drive to improve the life chances of women and girls
  • Strong advocacy skills and the ability to challenge at all levels to ensure the views of women and girls are represented and their needs met
  • Ability to think strategically and build productive and trusting relationships
