Role description: Project Support

As part of an established management team, you will lead on all aspects of regulatory housing management compliance, staff welfare and resident support in Blyth, Ashington and Lynmouth.

Working with existing services you will maintain robust referral pathways into stage 1 & 2 accommodation and ensure referrers understand/apply clear eligibility criteria.

You will lead, supervise, and support locality-based staff teams and take oversight for the professional engagement, transition, and support of tenants. You will be experienced in working with harm reduction strategies and delivering a range of practical interventions to develop people’s independent living skills.

You will also have experience of providing support to people with often complex needs, including mental health, substance misuse, and physical health problems, as well as those who have experienced trauma.

This role will require you to will work closely with:

Operations Director: to source refurbish and maintain appropriate stage 3 accommodation.

Partner Agencies: to develop integrated referral and support pathways.

Commissioning bodies: to identify available funding streams that are in addition to Housing Benefit.

You will also be responsible for strengthening external partnerships with agencies and resources including other supported housing providers, substance misuse treatment agencies and blue light services.

Key to this role is the ability to record impact data using evidence based outcome tools recognised within the industry. Our aspiration is to not only measure health & wellbeing outcomes but develop our narrative on the return of social investment.
