We are recruiting for a Community Link Worker – Operational Lead to lead our team in Outer West Gateshead.
We are looking for candidates with a background that includes managing staff in a community, information, advice, social care, or health context. Candidates must be able to:
- lead, inspire, engage and connect with staff
- enable and support people
- report effectively on the work of your team
- link with community development activity
- deliver safe and effective practice
You will need to have experience of supporting vulnerable people with complex needs and work within Edberts House’s unique values.
An enhanced DBS is required for this post.
