Fair salaries can help reduce staff turnover, increase transparency, and demonstrate that you’re a good employer. If you need an impartial salary review, are unsure of a salary for a new role, or want to assess salary where a role in your organisation has changed over time, VONNE’s salary benchmarking can help.

As a small charity we’re well placed to understand your needs. We also understand the sensitivities of reviewing salaries internally, which is why we developed our salary benchmarking service in partnership with HR experts Ethical HR.

How does it work?

Email us at recruitment@vonne.org.uk with an idea of what you’re looking for and we’ll take it from there.

We’ll contact you to get a clear picture of what you need, then put you in touch with Ethical HR to discuss the details. Ethical HR will review your Job Descriptions, then use data from VONNE’s Job Finder Service to get the picture of salaries for comparable roles in our region. That picture will be compared to data from national sources and used to create a clear, evidence based report with salary recommendations.
