Small Charity Week 2022

Small Charity Week celebrates its 12th year of supporting and sharing stories from small charities that are embedded in our communities.

Proudly part of the Month of Community, Small Charity Week is a campaign to celebrate work and raise the profile of the small charity sector.

The objectives of Small Charity Week are to:

  • Celebrate the contribution that small charities make to communities throughout the UK and across the world
  • Improve the knowledge, representation and sustainability of small charities
  • Highlight the work of the small charity sector to the broadest possible audience
  • Encourage public giving
  • Work with the small charity sector to develop political engagement at a national and local level

Are you a small charity doing great things? Share your story with us! Get in touch to tell us more and we’d love to tell your #SmallCharityStory across our networks.

Throughout the week there are a number of events happening in person and online in the North East region and across the UK.

Take a look at the Small Charity Week website for a list of resources, events and webinars.
