Young Carer and Family Support Link Worker

21 Hours Per Week
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, individual who is experienced in developing and facilitating strength-based approach to supporting children and young people. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding that the impact a caring role places on children, young people and their families.
A full driving licence and access to car is essential
