We have a great vacancy for an Operational Support Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration for Tyneside and Northumberland Minds team. You will be line managed by the Operational Support Manager.
The applicant should have at least 2 years’ experience of carrying out an administration service for a busy team, managing the phone line with queries about appointments etc.
At Tyneside and Northumberland Mind we aim to deliver an excellent experience for everyone who comes into contact with the team by providing a professional first point of contact which is backed up by an efficient and effective administrative service.
Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience of administration work, be able to use our systems including MS365, MS Office and be proficient on CRM systems (we use Charity Log).
The successful person will support all the admin needs for the whole organisation including training, fundraising, finance, wellbeing and counselling services.

The successful person will make appointments for the counselling team, input referrals onto our CRM system, print off reports / invoices when needed. The work will be carried out at our office bases in Gateshead and Newcastle; you will be managed by the Operational Support Manager.
