North East VCSE Policy Forum - The VCSE workforce

This meeting will focus on current workforce issues facing VCSE organisations including staff recruitment, retention and impact of the cost of living crisis on our staff and volunteers.  The Living Wage Foundation will be joining us to give an overview of their report "All work and low pay" and we will welcome contributions from a range of organisations to talk about how they have addressed some of these challenges. Finally, we will aim to pull together a range of asks of funders, commissioners and others to help organisations meet these challenges.
