Directions
VONNE's office is situated in the centre of Newcastle, and is easy to reach by bus, metro or train. We would recommend using public transport where possible as parking can be difficult and we have no parking facilities of our own.

Arriving by train or metro
Newcastle Central Station is our nearest train and metro station. It is a ten minute walk from the office.
From the main entrance of the train station turn right and head along Neville Street, which becomes Collingwood Street and then Mosley Street. Turn right on to Pilgrim Street at the large roundabout and walk towards the Tyne Bridge.
Cale Cross is the very last building before you get to the Tyne bridge. The building is a tall multi-storey glass-clad office block with silver and green cladding. The main entrance is just beyond the railway arches at the Tyne Bridge level. You enter at the sixth floor and will need to take a lift to the ninth floor. You will find VONNE's office on the left.
When exiting the building please note that the main entrance at the Tyne Bridge level is on the sixth floor.
Arriving by car
The nearest car park is the NCP on Dean Street. It is often very busy and you may need to queue to get in.
Exit at the fourth floor of the car park, turn right, go through the railway arches and you will arrive at Cale Cross.

Arriving by bicycle
There are a limited number of bike racks in the basement of Cale Cross. Please see below under Disabled Visitors for directions to the basement entrance.
Disabled visitors
VONNE strives to be accessible. Please contact us (see right) if you have any special requirements and we will try our best to make sure that these are acommodated.
There is a parking bay in our building which may be booked for disabled visitors. Please contact us if you would like to book this parking bay.
This parking bay is situated in the car park at the basement of Cale Cross. You can access this car park from the Quayside. If you are travelling East along the Quayside (from the Swing Bridge) turn left into Lombard Street immediately after you have passed under the Tyne Bridge. If you are travelling West along the Quayside (from the Law Courts) turn right into Lombard Street immediately before the Tyne Bridge. From Lombard Street turn left into Queen Street. As you pass under the Tyne Bridge you will see the entrance to the car park on the right. The car park is accessed through the red gates in between the pubs Akenside Traveller and Fever.
From the car park take the lift to the ninth floor. You will find VONNE's office on the left.
